Meet our Team:

Joseph Hadley, BCLS

Joe is a graduate of the Geomatics program at British Columbia Institute of Technology. After spending a short time surveying in Northern BC, he relocated to Victoria in 2002 and has been with MRLS since.  Joe received his commission as a BC Land Surveyor in 2013 and is partner in MRLS.  He is experienced in a variety of surveying, including Air Space (volumetric) subdivision and charge plans, strata developments, and high precision monitoring surveys.  Joe is an active member of the Association of BC Land Surveyors, serving on and chairing committees and working groups.

Minda C. Riley, BCLS

Minda is a graduate of the Geomatics program at British Columbia Institute of Technology and began her career surveying for Translink in the lower mainland before moving to Victoria in 2001.  Minda has been with MRLS for almost 20 years, starting as a survey assistant and working her way up to receiving her commission as a BC Land Surveyor in 2006.  She is a senior partner with MRLS and enjoys participating on various committees with the Association of BC Land Surveyors.  Minda is experienced in a variety of surveys, including strata developments, such as duplexes, townhouses and condominium developments.  She also works with developers on small and large scale subdivision projects.
